This breach has caused all incoming reservations from these channels to be corrupted with incorrect rates and wrong inventory. Additionally, our hotel has been completely locked out of the Booking.com extranet account due to this unauthorized access.
We would like to explicitly clarify that this incident stems entirely from platform-wide vulnerabilities on Booking.com and Agoda's side. Rido Hotel’s internal networks and official reservation systems remain fully secure and unaffected.

Any reservations made today (October 31) through Booking.com or Agoda (starting from reservation number 5055904628 onwards) are completely corrupted due to the cyber-attack. Therefore, these bookings are strictly invalid and cannot be honored or fulfilled by our hotel.
Do NOT Click on Any External Links:
If you receive any emails or messages through Booking.com or Agoda asking you to click an external link to "verify your credit card," "fill out missing booking details," or "claim a special promotional discount," this is a fraudulent phishing scam generated through their breached networks. Please do not click any links or provide any personal details under any circumstances.
Cancel Bookings and Remove Credit Card Details Immediately:
We strongly urge all affected guests to cancel these reservations immediately through Agoda or Booking.com. Furthermore, we highly recommend that you completely remove any saved credit cards or payment methods from your profile on those platforms to prevent potential financial fraud or further data leaks caused by their security failure.
Our management team has already demanded that Booking.com and Agoda's technical teams shut down our compromised inventory and investigate this breach immediately. We deeply regret that the vulnerabilities of these third-party platforms have disrupted your travel plans and threatened your security.
